I hope you all are doing great, 2020 have been a year of different kind it changed our lives in much many more ways, though this is a thing about life it is full of highs and lows...we faced lockdowns but our generation stood strong, so lets be proud of ourselves...

2021 will be a beautiful year...welcome to new day with 1st quote of Geeta 

Whatever happened, happened for the good. Whatever is happening, is happening for the good. Whatever will happen, will also happen for the good

so you might have noticed when you care less about past and future you feel a state of bliss a joy of present, joy of being in this moments of  now...

When we think whatever is happening is  going to happen for a good reason then life becomes easier. sometimes we make life difficult by thinking of the past and staying in the future. It gives us feelings of regret and anxiety. 

Whenever our mind wanders in a time dimension which has no physical existence now...as it is passed or not came yet. we have to bring ourselves in this present moment and feel the life...

I agree we have to plan for the future so that we can achieve our goals in an effective manner. and to plan for future we have to visit our past to get an insight how we can do things in better manner but this doesn't mean that we have to stay in past or we have to stay in future we can do it in a healthy manner and that is not to stick with past and not too much attached to future.so in end we don't get disappointment.

believing everything that happens in whatever time dimension has a great reason...it makes life more easy..

so friends i hope it will give you a boost.

    Exactly. Even I do the very same thing sometimes. I think, all of us have wasted lots of valuable moments living in the past and dreaming about future. We get such fantasy in thinking all those things which we're not even sure will happen or not.
    That's why we all should LEARN from the past, LOOK at the future and LIVE in the present ❤️
